What if my Pillur debit card gets lost or stolen?

First, visit Online Banking or use your Pillur app to lock your card and prevent unauthorized transactions.

Next, call our Member Support team at (833) 533-0678 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) to order a replacement debit card.

To reset your Pillur account password click the Forget Password and create a new unique password.

You can order checks by calling us at (833) 533-0878 or visiting any MSUFCU branch. You may also submit an eMessage request through your online banking account. However, direct online check ordering is not available yet, but this feature is coming soon!
