The annual meeting of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU), the legal entity behind Pillur, will be held Monday, April 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. ET at Building 1 of the MSUFCU Headquarters, located at 3777 West Road in East Lansing, MI. Pillur members are welcome to attend.

An election to fill three (3) board of director positions will be held during the meeting. There were no nominations by petition received, and the Nominating Committee selected by the board of directors nominated the following candidates to stand for election:

Angela Brown; Greg Deppong; and Steven Kurncz.

As the number of nominations equals the number of positions to be filled, there will be no nominations from the floor and the election will be conducted by voice vote rather than ballot. Annual reports will be available at the meeting.
