An election to fill three (3) board of director positions will be held during the meeting. The Nominating Committee selected by the board of directors nominated the following candidates to stand for election:

Elizabeth Lawrence | Lynne Zelenski | William Beekman

There were no nominations by petition received. As the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, no ballot election will be held and the nominees will be declared elected by acclamation at the annual meeting.
